First post in 2013 Yay! It took a week because of a damned flu, but good things are worth waiting for :p So I have made this chicken 3 times already and it is just as amazing as it is easy – and even healthy, give it a try!
Spicy Breaded Chicken Drumsticks
chicken thighs, I leave the skin on
Vegeta or any similar spice rub
1. Bread the chicken thighs: coat first with flour, then the egg (or egg + little milk mixture), and finally the spiced breadcrumb (I used about 70% crumb 30% spice).
2. Place them on a lined baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil and push it into the pre-heated oven for about 50-60 minutes, turning the thighs after 30 minutes.
